CONDITION of THE Product

All of our products are handmade in our studio. Each product may slightly different.
The product photographs featured on this website depict the actual product. However, colors and other attributes may appear different when viewing the product through a computer monitor as compared to viewing the product directly.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All products are very carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. 
We can not guarantee the damage or loss during the shipping so we basically offer only the shipping with insurance.
You are welcome to contact us to choose a more speedy shipping option at your own expense.

Standard shipping:
Japan: 2-4 business days
USA/ Europe/ Oceania: 6-10 business days

*Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.  

We assumes no responsibility for non-fulfillment or delay in fulfillment of product shipping or contract obligations due to war, civil strife, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, fire, floods, earthquakes, embargos, government order, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

All products remain our property until full payment is made.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through us are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.
Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Prices are including  Japanese consumption tax

International shipping
Please note that local charges (consumption tax, customs duty etc) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense and we are not responsible for that fee.

We reserves the right to change any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
At the event of when a product is sold out, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
